The Loss Prevention Administrator will support daily operations by coordinating inspections, tracking assignments, and ensuring timely communication among teams, policy holders, and inspectors. Strong organizational ability, and explicit communication skills are essential for success. You'll be instrumental in reducing claim frequency and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assign loss inspection requests to inspectors
• Monitor inspection progress and ensure quality standards
• Upload reports and documents into MIRA360 and other systems




• Distribute Risk Improvement Reports and follow up on requirements
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams for timely resolutions

Requirements:
• Education in Insurance or related field
• 1-3 years in insurance operations or inspection coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MIRA360 and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on-site in Jarvis 2-3 days weekly
