What you will do on a daily basis

Provide first-level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, telephony, printers, internet, business applications, etc.)

Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Configure and install computers for new employees

Use the ticketing system to document interventions

Provide an exceptional employee experience from the moment new recruits arrive

Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning

Contribute to the enhancement of the IT infrastructure

What we are looking for

Vocational (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC) student in IT support





Ability to work independently to find solutions

Analytical and diagnostic skills

Ability to communicate in French and English

Strong interest in customer support

Demonstrated ability and willingness to useAItools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Compensation
Currency: CAD

Salary Minimum: 35,000

Salary Maximum: 45,000
