Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine husbandry for mice and rats
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment
• Monitor animal health in line with CCAC guidelines
• Document daily health checks and maintain records
• Assist with technical procedures in research studies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in life sciences is preferred
• Previous animal care experience is an asset
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Lift up to 25kg and handle various animal care tasks
