This full time, permanent role requires collaboration with the Central Scheduling Manager. The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for creating work schedules, fulfilling immediate staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with Labor Standards. Candidates should be adept in Microsoft Excel and have a background in timekeeping, particularly with Kronos.
Key Responsibilities:
• Publish unionized work schedules accurately
• Fulfill immediate and planned staffing needs
• Maintain up-to-date Kronos timekeeping data
• Identify errors in employee timesheets
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Kronos or timekeeping software
• Eligible to work in Canada and obtain a gaming certificate
