The role focuses on planning and delivering gardening-based activities that enhance residents’ well-being, working with the Recreation Team to advance holistic health goals. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Horticulture Therapy (or equivalent), completed 480 internship hours, and eligibility for CHTA membership.
