Status: Permanent Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Listowel, ON– In office
Hourly Rate: $26.78 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Cleaning Depot is looking for an organized, hands-on, and people-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Listowel, Ontario. What You’ll Do: Reporting to the President, as our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring products move efficiently, inventory remains accurate, and customer orders are fulfilled safely and on time. You’ll work closely with customer service, sales, accounting, and purchasing teams to support overall business success.
Warehouse Operations & Logistics Lead, train, supervise, and support warehouse team members
Oversee and support receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and delivery processes
Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time




Manage scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow priorities
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and employee development support
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment
Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Work closely with purchasing to monitor replenishment, stock levels, and backorders
Support inventory rotation and warehouse organization initiatives
Communicate regularly with customer service, sales, purchasing, and accounting teams
Provide updates regarding inventory availability, orders, and delivery schedules
Support the resolution of order, inventory, and delivery concerns
Partner with leadership on operational planning and forecasting activities
Health, Safety & Continuous Improvement Promote and enforce workplace health and safety standards
Participate in safety training, inspections, and incident reporting
Ensure equipment, racking, and storage areas remain safe and compliant




Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment metrics
What You Bring 3–5 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
Strong inventory management and inventory control experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience with warehouse software or ERP systems (Fishbowl experience is considered an asset)
Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active warehouse environment
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
