The Centre for Family Medicine FHT (CFFM FHT) is seeking a permanent full time Medical Receptionist (28–36 hours per week) to join the Refugee Health Clinic and Other FHT Programming in Waterloo Region. This role supports the medical team and refugee care coordination, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include paperwork flow, EMR documentation (Practice Solutions), scheduling, translations as needed, and liaison with case managers and interpreters.
