The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

Helping customers by providing product and service information

Answering customer questions regarding their coverage

Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Regularly reviewing these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
