Responsible for various daily commercialcredit riskadministrativefunctions.This position involves communicating with both commercial salesassociatesandcommercialclients.Other credit duties may be included.

Responsibilities

Administration/setup of commercial client accounts

Monitoring daily email communications from commercial sales division

Communication with external and internal resources relating to commercial clients

Background research of commercial applications and purchase orders

Review andconsolidatecommercial client information to assess credit risk

Maintainaccuraterecords

Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

StrongMicrosoft Excel knowledge and experience

Ability to communicatein Frenchverbally and in writing is an asset

High degree of attention to detailand accuracy

Ability to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.





Ability tohandle confidential information with integrity

Positive attitude

Punctual and dependabledaily

Experience with commercial credit billing and account reconciliation is an asset.
