Future Sales Leaders (University Graduate Leadership Training Program)
Begin your career as an Inside Sales Representative and move fast. Learn the business, master product knowledge, and become fluent in pricing strategy and how to build strong, trusted customer relationships. You’ll sharpen commercial instincts by managing a portfolio, troubleshoot customer needs, and learn how to consistently hit measurable targets.

As an Outside Sales Representative you will grow the business, cultivate new accounts, expand territory, and present solutions on-site, while negotiating larger, strategic contracts. You’ll own relationships end-to-end, identify market opportunities, and drive measurable growth.

Sales Leader lead the business: coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, set strategy and territory plans, forecast and manage P&L;, and implement initiatives that scale revenue and build customer satisfaction.



You’ll combine tactical sales experience with leadership to shape regional performance and company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

University Graduates: With degrees in Sales, Commerce, or Business Administration.

What We Offer:

Starting salary $50,000.00 annually.
