Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability

Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve overall business objectives

Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety regulations and best practices

Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules

Proficiency in cash handling procedures

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
