CBDC Humber is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused,
and motivated Client Services Assistant to support our
day-to-day operations and help deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Position: Client Services Assistant
Location: 19 Union Street, Unit 3, Corner Brook, NL
Employment Type: Full-time, one-year contract with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting at $48,000, annually
Work Environment: In-office position, business casual attire required
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Assistant, you will:
Prepare and process loan documentation, including legal and security documents.
Administer documentation for various programs, including the Consultant Advisory Services Program, Business Valuation Program, and Entrepreneurial Training Fund Program.
Utilize Sage 50 Accounting software to support office operations.
Follow up with clients regarding NSF payments, delinquent loans, and collection documentation when required.
Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Create and maintain client profiles and assist with social media management.
Conduct annual account maintenance follow-ups, including obtaining financial statements, insurance documents, and updated contact information.
Provide backup support for other office positions as needed.
Participate in client monitoring activities, including occasional site visits.
Coordinate client training sessions, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Work collaboratively with partner organizations and stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Diploma in Office Administration (minimum)
At least one year of office administration experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounting
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
French language requirements
Requirements
Three professional references
Valid Newfoundland and Labrador Driver’s License
Access to a reliable vehicle
Clear code of conduct record
