In this full-time role, you’ll provide personal care, engage with children, and ensure their safety. You’ll plan play-based learning activities and communicate effectively with families and staff. The role emphasizes flexibility, supervision in a group setting of up to 15 children, and a commitment to inclusivity and support for children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, including toileting and first aid
• Engage proactively with children and ensure group safety
• Implement play-based learning according to YMCA Curriculum




• Maintain positive communication with families and staff
• Support children with exceptional behaviors and additional needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• ECE Diploma or enrolled in Early Childhood Education program
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 20 kg
• Registered with CECE or willing to obtain registration
