Application Information The File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) is a agile and progressive organization that provides a range of programs and health services which serve eleven First Nations throughout Southern Saskatchewan within the Treaty Four Territory.
The position will work as part of the FHQ Health Services Team based at the All Nations Healing Hospital, located in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK.
Reporting to the Director of Acute & Clinical Services or her designate, the Staff Scheduling Coordinator provides staff scheduling and ADP administrative support services to the departments of Health Services and All Nations Healing Hospital.
Utilizing electronic scheduling and time and attendance systems, the incumbent helps to maintain staff schedules,
supports workforce planning activities, while ensuring compliance with applicable collective bargaining agreements, organizational policies, staffing guidelines, and operational requirements.
Qualifications Office Administration Certificate or related post-secondary education.
Experience in a healthcare setting or unionized environment.
Experience with staff scheduling systems or electronic workforce management systems
Knowledge of collective agreements
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and respect of, and ability to work within First Nations Traditional and Spiritual Institutes.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (CRC) Required
