CGIC is seeking a Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant to support our Contact Center in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on connecting clients with the right Life and Wealth Advisors through thorough outbound calls and detailed documentation.

As a Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant, you will experience a collaborative workplace at CGIC. You'll conduct proactive outreach to clients, gathering insights to facilitate effective matchmaking with advisors. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless client experience and optimizing advisors' productivity within the retail sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to connect with clients
• Document client interactions and prequalification details accurately




• Match clients with appropriate Life/Wealth Advisors
• Send confirmation emails to clients and advisors
• Maintain records in Salesforce and PolicyCenter

Requirements:
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in CRM and policy systems like Salesforce
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
