Lead Mitigation Technician
$26.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) + on-call bonus

Responsibilities:

Direct, train, and motivate a crew of technicians on-site.

Respond quickly to water, fire, mold, or storm damage.

Implement drying, cleaning, and demolition tactics to prevent further loss.

Communicate the restoration process clearly to anxious property owners.

Enforce safety protocols while maintaining project timelines.

Essential Skills and Traits

A natural desire to guide teams and manage projects under pressure.

Mastery of restoration equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters.

Ability to assess damage rapidly and adapt strategies on the fly.

Empathy for the customer paired with clear documentation for insurance adjusters.





Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required

Customer Service experience

1+ years of experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling

Preferred Education and Experience:

2+ years of experience within the restoration industry

Physical Requirement:

Constantly moves about job sites

Constantly positions self to move about job sites; stairs, walkways, and crawl spaces

Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs

Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face

Frequently will lift up to 60lbs

Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
