Job Description: Under the direction of the manager Interprofessional Practice, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients. This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns.

Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital setting

Other Information The caseload for this position will include adult acute care.
This position works weekends on a rotation basis.
Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians
