Become a Youth Employment Support Coordinator at YWCA Prince Albert. This full-time role involves guiding youth aged 16-29 facing employment barriers through career preparation programs.

As an ESP4Y Coordinator, you will report directly to the Community Connection Centre Manager. This position focuses on helping participants build confidence and essential job skills while pursuing education or employment. With two years of case management experience required, your role will impact diverse populations while fostering a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate three ESP4Y cohorts with 16 participants each
• Recruit, screen, and onboard program participants
• Facilitate workshops on employment readiness and life skills




• Provide case management and create personalized employment plans
• Maintain accurate program records and reporting

Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in case management
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Successful Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
