Tap Roots Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout in a high-rise residential workplace. You will lead safety, quality, schedule, and cost control while coordinating with site staff, trades, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior PM role, experience in residential high-rise projects, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
