Canterbury Christ Church University is seeking a proactive Mentor Programme Lead to manage our student mentoring offer. You will recruit, train, match, and support mentors and mentees, evaluate impact and widen participation, aligning activities with student progression and social mobility goals.
The role offers adaptable working with campus attendance on a needs basis; the successful candidate will engage with alumni and peer mentors to support careers and academic progression.
