Our dynamic team is growing and we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as a Jewelry Polisher. This is a long term, rewarding career opportunity.

As a Jewelry Polisher, your focus would be on polishing both newly created rings and rings sent in for maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to process a high volume of rings while maintaining an exceptional level of quality. They will have all the skills necessary to polish any ring, from plain bands to detailed engagement rings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in jewelry industry





Desire for continuous personal and professional development

Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient with time

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

Ability to multitask and set priorities

Ability to work in a team environment, and interact closely with team members

Responsibilities:

Assist in polishing production area

Pre-polish and final polish jewelry

Support lead goldsmiths and other studio team members

Inspect job orders before and after processing to ensure quality standards are achieved

Maintain a safe work workplace and report any safety issues to the Production Manager

Report discrepancies to the Production Manager

Other duties as instructed by the Production Manager

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $24 per hour

The successful candidate's starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
