As a Child Care Provider, you will ensure the well-being of children by accurately recording care plans and implementing program policies. Your robust relationships with external partners will enhance the support for children in care while maintaining communication with your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor children's activities throughout the day shift
• Record accurate information for individual care plans




• Implement approved program policies and standards
• Maintain relationships with external partners
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:
• Youth Care Worker Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in relevant fields
• Early Childhood certificate or related education
• Grade 12 and 3 years experience in residential settings
• Strong adherence to TCFS policies and procedures
