The Opportunity: The Property Management Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Building Operator in Saskatoon.
As an important member of our service-oriented team, you will be responsible for providing service excellence by ensuring a safe environment to our customers and clients.
Under the direction of the Building Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responding to client requests
Ensuring facilities and equipment are in positive operating condition
Performing routine maintenance including all minor repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
Performing security procedures
Maintaining stock and supplies
Providing day-to-day building maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, climbing ladders, lifting, and/or carrying heavy objects
