Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilledIT Support Technicianto join our growing team. This role involves providing hands-on and remote support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software across various platforms, and contributing to the execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to Cavanagh users both in office & remotely

Set up and maintain Laptops/Desktops in a primarily Microsoft Environment & a mixed environment of IOS and Android Smartphones & Tablets

Assist in the maintenance of Network Equipment





Maintain IT & Asset DocumentationParticipate in the Planning and execution of new IT initiatives

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 years of Experience working in an IT support role

Strong problem solving, planning and time management skills

Valid driver’s license and own form of transportation to get to and from work

Ability to work as part of a team or independently

Passion to work in a fast paced, growing and dynamic organization

Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.

Wage Range:

The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $24.00 per hour and $29.00 per hour. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
