As part of a dynamic team, you will provide comprehensive, person-centered support to individuals in supportive housing settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage personalized support plans for tenants
• Facilitate skills training in meal preparation and budgeting

• Assist with emergency response and tenant advocacy

Requirements:
• Education in a relevant human/social service field
