As a vital member of the Peaceful Hearts community, you will work closely with a dedicated team to support individuals with disabilities during daily activities. The focus is on enhancing the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of participants while fostering their independence in personal care. Your creativity with crafts and activities will encourage engagement and joy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily living skills and personal hygiene
• Assist with toileting, feeding, and transferring
• Engage clients in creative activities and outings
• Communicate effectively with the program team
• Maintain up-to-date training and adhere to community standards

Requirements:
• Valid DSW, SSW, PSW certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience with disabilities
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Clean G2 driver’s license
• CPR certification
