Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Key responsibilities Establish methods to meet work schedules and prepare staff work schedules.
Requisition food and kitchen supplies and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Train staff in job duties,



sanitation procedures and workplace safety practices.
Ensure that food preparation and customer service meet established quality-control standards.
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Maintain records relating to stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
Supervise a team of 5 to 10 people.
