WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our TillicumLiquor Store , located at the Tillicum Mall (3170 Tillicum RdVictoria, BC V9A 7C5). This is a full-time role offering 32 -40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate is: Available to work any day of the week, includingmornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
Confident and a reliable leader who can supportthe team
Can make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Able to take initiative to support daily storeoperations, including merchandising, stocking, and safety
Able to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
Currently certified in Serving It Right
WSET level 1 certified (preferred)
WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead shifts and supports daily operations
Coach and supports team members to help them succeed in their roles
Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintain a safe environment




Address performance and safety concerns while communicating clearly with the team
Confidently assist customers
Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products
Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards
Safely and effectively operate required equipment
Follow all safety procedures
