Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Store Manager for our client in Brandon, MB. Our client is seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and retail operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail skilled to lead store performance, drive sales growth, and create exceptional customer experience while overseeing all aspects of daily operations.

Pay Rate: Up to $68,000 per year

Location: Brandon, MB

Shift: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job type: Permanent|Full-time

Responsibilities

Lead customer service initiatives and professionally resolve customer concerns and complaints

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements

Manage inventory levels, stock controls, and operational reporting

Drive sales performance and support overall business objectives

Verify invoices, monitor expenses, and oversee purchasing activities

Maintain organized, well-merchandised, and accurately priced displays

Prepare and review sales, inventory, productivity, and operational reports

Oversee cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and bank deposits

Coordinate the ordering and receiving of products and accessories

Supervise team members and ensure efficient daily operations.

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Support audits,



compliance activities, and facility maintenance

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification required

Clean criminal background check required

3 to 6+ years of retail experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role

Strong customer service, leadership, and employee development skills

Experience with performance management, coaching, and team building

Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office administration functions

Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven business decisions

Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and multiple locations when required

Management experience within regulated retail environments is considered an asset

First Aid certification is considered an asset

Adaptable, professional, and capable of learning new systems quickly

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
