Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the financial advisor, presenting to Council

- Manage ongoing improvement of finance systems

Requirements:

- CPA or equivalent with 8-10 years in finance roles
- Experience in Indigenous government or not-for-profit sector
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of Xyntax accounting software preferred
- Respect for Indigenous culture and community dynamics
