As the Clinical Lead, you will coordinate and deliver essential services while fostering a holistic approach that harmonizes Western and Traditional Hodi:noshoni:/Rotinonhsion:ni practices. Your leadership and clinical skills will be crucial in advancing trauma-informed care and supporting the Home and Community Care (HCC) Team in Six Nations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical guidance for the HCC Team
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Develop culturally appropriate client care plans
- Coordinate inter-professional training and education
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Regulated Health Profession
- Registered Nurse in valuable standing or eligible
- Leadership experience in an inter-disciplinary setting
- Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
