The Product Support Specialist, Repairs will troubleshoot and repair infusion pumps in clinical settings, diagnose technical problems, and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to external customers for proprietary software & hardware issues.
- Perform reactive and proactive preventive maintenance on infusion pumps.
- Own service orders and ensure escalation processes are followed.
- Interview customers to collect information on known issues and lead diagnostic procedures.
- Log and track all service order activity in SAP ECC, Salesforce and maintain service history records.
- Consult with advanced team members to understand software and hardware errors.
- Clean, maintain, and restore equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Assist with picking and packing of medical equipment.
- Provide technical instruction on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding in a timely manner and coordinating service needs with other departments.
- Manage parts per the parts management policy and transport equipment and supplies as needed.

Qualifications





- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodology for advanced technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multi‑task, adapt to changing environments, and work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Education & Experience

- College or university graduate in Biomedical Electronics, Biomedical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Preferred customer service experience within the medical device space.

Physical Demands and Work Workplace

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 3 years. Ability to travel up to 20% across Canada. Capable of lifting up to 70lbs (31kg) occasionally and working on feet for extended periods.
