Installations Technician Windows, Doors, Decks (Exterior Renovations)
Our Installations team is growing, and we are now accepting applications for a full-time Installer , based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We are seeking an Installations Specialist to provide support alongside our experienced installers to deliver high-quality installations.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop hands-on installation experience & who is looking to build their skills, take on more responsibility and grow within a busy, established team.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following job duties: Assist with the installation of exterior windows, doors, decks, and siding on residential and commercial job sites
Prepare job sites, tools, and materials for daily installation work
Take accurate measurements and assist with cutting, fitting, and fastening materials to specification
Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and Company safety procedures at all times
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
Clean up job sites upon completion of work
Communicate professionally with customers, site supervisors, and team members
Identify and report any job site issues, damage, or material shortages to the lead installer or supervisor




Assist in building maintenance projects at Soo Mill
Work within Ministry codes to ensure environmental, labor, health and safety, building & transportation codes
Responsible to maintain company tools & equipment and keep in good working order
Required Qualifications: Class G Driver’s license with clean abstract – requirement
1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction, installation, carpentry or related trade
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance to reflect our premium brand and provide a superior standard of service and exceptional customer experience while working in a team workplace and supporting and contributing to growth
Attention to detail and focus
Base knowledge of the home renovation industry, products & willingness to continually expand knowledge
