Customer Service Representative (2 Openings)

Location: North York, ON

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
Additional Skills Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and emails

Process returns and resolve customer inquiries

Identify upselling opportunities when appropriate

Deliver professional and courteous customer service

Support an assigned territory while providing backup coverage as needed

Maintain accurate customer information within an ERP system

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Apparel industry experience is considered an asset

ERP experience is preferred
Friendly, skilled, and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
