As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work within an interprofessional Youth Wellness Hub team. This role requires providing evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health support to youth aged 12 to 25, adapting services for virtual and in-person delivery. Your contributions will foster integrated care and positive psychosocial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based counselling for youth mental health
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Implement therapeutic interventions like CBT and DBT




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care coordination
• Develop and evaluate youth-focused programs and practices

Requirements:
• Master of Social Work or equivalent clinical degree
• Minimum two years' experience in youth therapy
• Knowledge of substance use and mental health challenges
• Registered with OCSWSSW or CRPO in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
