Key responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping routines, coordinating repairs, and acting as a liaison for service vendors. You will also lead monthly safety audits as a JHSC member, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee general maintenance tasks and preventive care
• Manage scheduling and practices for housekeeping staff




• Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries and repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors for essential services
• Conduct monthly safety audits and JHSC meetings

Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance or management roles
• Housekeeping experience is an asset
• Strong skills in painting and minor repairs
• Class G/Class 5 driver's license required
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
