We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Full-Time Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. We also have a busy banquet and catering department. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
Prepare bills and process payments using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas




Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with Banquet and Catering setups and takedowns
work with the Banquet & Catering team during service both on and off site
Qualifications Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but is not necessary
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
