We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from drop-off to pick-up. A background in RVs, automotive, or diesel repair services is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Accurately identify and document customer service needs and concerns.

Generate repair orders with clear descriptions of customer complaints and requested services.

Communicate clearly with service technicians to relay customer concerns and prioritize work.

Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain customer approvals.

Maintain regular contact with customers regarding the status of their vehicle/RV repairs.

Review completed work with the customer, explain charges, and ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate warranty claims and recalls when applicable.

Upsell additional services based on vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, services, and payments.

Ensure timely scheduling and follow-up for preventative maintenance services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a service advisor, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.

Working knowledge of RV systems, automotive repair, parts, and terminology.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in repair order software (CRM,. IDS, Ackroo) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.





Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Strong understanding of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, chassis, etc.)

Ability to explain complex mechanical issues to customers in layman's terms.

Team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 based on experience
