This full-time, temporary position for approximately five months requires a dedicated individual to oversee waste operations at the Saskatoon landfill. Focused on public safety, you will direct vehicles, screen waste, and promote compliance with disposal regulations. Your expertise in solid waste operations will significantly impact our commitment to efficient waste management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct vehicles to prevent accidents and ensure safety
• Screen and monitor waste for compliance with standards
• Enforce disposal rules and recycling efforts




• Operate various machinery, including roll-off trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Three months experience in waste operations
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 3A or 1A Learner’s Licence
• Current driver’s abstract demonstrating a safe driving record
• Ability to obtain a first aid certificate
