AWS/CES is looking for a Machinist / Toolmaker - Afternoon Shift

St. Thomas, ON

Pay Rate: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Manufacture, repair, and modify tooling and machine components





Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues

Ensure quality standards and production requirements are met

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Required Qualifications

Machinist or Toolmaker experience in a manufacturing environment

Robust blueprint reading and machining skills

Experience with tool and die maintenance, repair, and fabrication

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Must-Have Skill
CNC Programming experience using Mastercam
