About The Role As a Senior Consultant , you will make an impact by delivering high-quality consulting solutions across complex client engagements. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting Practice , working collaboratively with consulting leadership, cross-functional delivery teams, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. In This Role, You Will Take ownership of one or more components of a consulting engagement. Support or lead data-driven analysis to identify solution requirements. Conduct client workshops to gather requirements for business requirement documents and user stories. Monitor solution quality and compliance to standards; conduct or facilitate structured solution walkthroughs. Lead user acceptance testing, including issue tracking and resolution. What You Must Have To Be Considered 6–10 years of experience in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development. Strong background as a Senior Business Analyst with experience in business analysis, quality assurance, and end-to-end delivery across complex initiatives. Proficient understanding of high-value payment systems, messages, and settlement methods such as Canada Lynx, SWIFT, and Fedwire. Skilled in MS Office, Agile methodology with a Product Owner mindset, Shift-Left testing practices, and tools such as Jira, JTMF, and Confluence. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements that align teams across business, technology, compliance, and external partners. These will help you succeed Experience delivering solutions from requirements through testing, implementation, and post–go‑live support with strong focus on risk, regulatory alignment, and operational readiness. Specialization in validating test results across complex payment platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and deployment readiness. Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams, vendors, tools, and environments. Strong ability to identify defects early, analyze root causes, and drive timely resolution across multiple teams.
