About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to own a $6M business unit end-to-end — P&L, people, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. As General Manager, you're not a passenger in this growth story; you set the destinationand drive it.You'll lead a cross‐functional team spanning sales, customer success, and operations, with full accountability for hitting revenue and margin targets in a high‐trust, rapid‐moving environment. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, partner closely with product and finance, and serve as the face of this business unit to clients and stakeholders. We need someone to run a business — not just a function — and who thrives when ownership is total and the scoreboard is clear.How You'll ContributeOwn the full P&L for a $6M business unit — revenue, cost, margin, and growth targetsDefine and execute an annual operating plan aligned to KEV's broader growth strategyLead, coach, and develop a cross‐functional team of 10–20 across sales, CS, and opsDrive new logo acquisition and existing account expansion through strong go‐to‐market executionBuild and maintain executive‐level relationships with key clients and district partnersPartner with Product to prioritize the roadmap based on BU‐specific customer insight and commercial opportunityReport BU performance to the executive team — pipeline, retention, NPS, and financial metrics — with clarity and candorIdentify operational gaps, build the processes to close them, and hold the team accountable to using themRepresent the BU internally and externally — at industry events, in prospect conversations, and in board‐level updatesWho You AreYou are a Management Consultant from a top tier firm or you've held full P&L responsibility for a business unit or division of at least $5M in revenue — you know what it feels like when every dollar is yoursYou've led diverse,
