Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
- Plan all activities related to the implementation and integration of the solution for the interpretation and archiving of clinical images and documents
- Coordinate clinical, operational, technological stakeholders, suppliers and external partners involved in the project
- Ensure that scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management objectives are met
- Facilitate workshops and consultation activities with stakeholders
- Foster user and stakeholder buy-in throughout the project
- Track the progress of the work and manage the project's issues, risks and dependencies
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience as a project manager,
project director or project manager in comparable organizations
- Demonstrated experience in carrying out digital transformation projects in health, ideally in medical imaging or clinical systems
- Knowledge of medical imaging environments, including PACS, RIS, DICOM, and HL7/FHIR (an asset)
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination involving clinical, technical teams, vendors and external partners
- Master project management and risk management practices
- Demonstrate excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent certification (an asset)
