Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Centre Store on a permanent basis on our Consumer Products team. This position requires frequent travel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

The Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Centre Store serves as a trusted advisor to Local Co-ops, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support in areas such as financial performance, sales growth, operational improvement, and long-term business planning. Drive sales growth across the assigned Local Co-op portfolio by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and coaching leaders to achieve budgeted sales targets.

Partner with Local Co-op leaders and the Operations Team to implement sales strategies that align with department objectives and business priorities.

Improve controllable contribution performance through operational reviews, targeted action plans, and ongoing coaching to support sustainable profitability.

Support store development, merchandising, and Local Co-op partnerships to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth

You will work closely with Food Operations team, including other Operation Advisors and Co-op Store Managers, Division Managers and will report into the Manager, Food Retail Operations.



This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, communication, while building strong relationships.

We help local Co-ops serve their communities by providing support and leadership to food, pharmacy, liquor and convenience stores, and by delivering quality products and exemplary customer service.

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

Have6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management.
