AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with required medical care and qualified nursing practice. The RPN guides Personal Support Workers and collaborates with physicians and the health care team on the unit.
You will participate in policy implementation, care planning, and shift reporting, ensuring residents' needs are met with high-quality care. A current Ontario nursing certificate is required.
