Windsor Regional Hospital is seeking a Unit Clerk for the Hip and Knee RAC Program. You will provide effective clerical support across outpatient clinics, including scheduling of physiotherapist/physician/treatment/nurse appointments, ordering lab tests, and triaging patient calls.
You will also coordinate physician calls, arrange community referrals and home care, and support data input for program reporting while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
