Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client-oriented life skills programming
• Provide intensive, supportive case management
• Connect clients to community support services




• Offer crisis stabilization and emotional support
• Facilitate self-help and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
• Secondary education or Bachelor's degree with practical experience
• Knowledge of socio-economic issues affecting clients
• Ability to handle physical tasks related to support
• Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
• Completion of Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
