The Care Group is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker for the Sidney Care team in Sidney, B.C. This position involves 20-30 flexible hours per week, including possible on-call shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in facility maintenance and a knack for tasks in plumbing, electrical, painting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect equipment and systems daily for safety
• Diagnose and address equipment malfunctions
• Complete general repairs as per maintenance standards
• Maintain records of maintenance routines
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Requirements:
• Proven experience in building or facility maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• COVID-19 Vaccination required
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
