The successful candidate will:
Strengthen cultural understanding and inclusion by providing First Nations and Mtis perspectives, guidance, and support to students, families, and school staff while building solid community connections.
Support student success and well-being through case coordination, tracking progress, encouraging family involvement, and promoting positive engagement toward graduation.
Facilitate access to services by coordinating with community agencies, integrating school and community supports, arranging transportation, and conducting home visits when needed.
Collaborate closely with school staff and leadership to deliver programs, monitor student needs, share updates, and ensure consistent,
coordinated support.
Qualifications:
Diploma in social work, mental health
Experience in the delivery of human services such as social work, health care, justice, counselling or community development
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle is required
