Take charge of the wellness area with Nature’s Fare Markets as a Wellness Team Leader, focusing on Vitamins and Beauty. This role entails leadership, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will work 32-40 hours per week, including diverse shifts at our store. Partnering with the Wellness Manager, you will oversee department cleanliness, stock levels, and implement effective merchandising strategies. Your expertise in retail sales and passion for natural wellness will drive the profitability and appearance of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example with exemplary customer service standards
• Keep shelves clean, stocked, and well-presented
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue




• Manage inventory purchasing and maintain stock control
• Train staff according to Nature’s Fare training material

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of retail sales experience in wellness
• Passion for natural wellness products and services
• Team lead experience is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Educational background in a related field is preferred
